Historian and publisher Dr Eugenia Russell has written and edited several books and articles on early modern cultural history and especially the literature, art and culture of Byzantium and early modern Greece. She has taught History, History of Art, and Political Philosophy in Higher Education as well as giving many public talks and lectures. She also taught Music and Religious Studies in Secondary Schools in Hertfordshire. She plays the violoncello and piano; holds higher degrees from the Universities of London and Bristol, and a Pianoforte Diploma with Honours from the Victoria College of Music. In 2021 she co-founded Book Publishers Lone Fox Publishing.
